You will be responsible for:

What we are looking for:
* Previously worked as an Assistant Manager, Childrens Home Deputy Manager, Deputy Manager, Assistant care Manager, Assistant home Manager, Deputy care Manager, Deputy home Manager, Childrens Residential Team Leader, Team Leader, Senior Residential Support Worker, Senior Support Worker or in a similar role.
* Level 3 Diploma in Children and Young People's Workforce or equivalent qualification.
* At least 1 year of experience working within a children's residential home or children's services environment.
* Experience supervising or supporting a team within a children's residential care setting.
* Knowledge and understanding of safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people.
* Experience supporting staff teams and contributing to effective care delivery.
* Understanding of children's home regulations, care standards and safeguarding procedures.
* Experience or understanding of trauma-informed care would be beneficial.
* IT skills, including confidence using Microsoft applications.

Prepare, check, print and organise delivery paperwork, labels, manifests and picking documents.
Update order, courier and delivery information accurately in company systems and trackers.
Help monitor deliveries and collections, checking tracking updates and escalating delays or issues to the Transport Manager.
Assist with customer and courier communication, including booking information, delivery updates and basic follow-ups.
Support route planning administration by ensuring delivery information, notes and paperwork are complete and clearly recorded.
Help keep courier folders, despatch records and proof-of-delivery information organised and easy to locate.
Work with warehouse and customer service colleagues to help ensure the correct item, paperwork and delivery information are matched.
Assist with basic reports and trackers for deliveries, collections, courier issues and outstanding actions.
Support the team with filing, meeting notes, action tracking and process documentation.
Escalate missing information, delivery concerns or paperwork discrepancies promptly to the Transport Manager.
Follow company procedures, including health and safety requirements, and complete work accurately within agreed timescales.

Online attendance with Loughborough College within the first 15 months, one morning per week with onsite sessions in the afternoon to assist with portfolio building and preparation for End Point Assessment.

Attendance to Loughborough College for an Induction Day. (Induction to take place on the last Wednesday of the month that you are enrolled, 9:30am-3pm. Confirmation of date provided upon enrolment).

About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and organised Service Supervisor to oversee the day-to-day coordination of a team of Field Service Engineers. Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and schedule the daily activities of Field Service Engineers.
