This is a full-time, on-site role based in Burnham On Sea. The Client Engagement – Business Administration & Marketing Support professional will play a key role in engaging with clients, ensuring exceptional customer service, and supporting business administration and marketing activities. The role involves onboarding and offboarding clients, taking and monitoring identity requirements, maintaining client relationships, handling enquiries, managing client meeting schedules, maintaining partner diaries, and assisting with marketing strategy and execution.
They will be working in the Burnham On Sea office, working closely with the partners in the business, the client managers and the whole team. They will need to be highly organised and able to juggle various priorities, using initiative to make diary bookings, manage events, check client paperwork and understand some regulatory requirements.
Managing Client Onboarding & Offboarding (including identity checks, issuing of contracts, contacting previous accountants)
Managing Partner diaries and client meetings
Answering phone calls and emails
Creating and managing marketing activity (social media, flyers, events)
Responding to email queries
Scanning and uploading received paperwork
