About the RoleWe are seeking a Manufacturing Support Engineer with strong electronics and opto-electronic experience to support the assembly, test, and troubleshooting of high-reliability electronic and optical communication products used in advanced subsea optical transmission systems and network infrastructure.
You will be responsible for technical support on manufacturing lines, resolving critical production issues, analysing test data, improving test processes and quality, and supporting continuous improvement activities. You’ll join a team that delivers complex opto-electronic assemblies vital to global communications infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities
Provide hands-on technical support for manufacturing, test systems and product fault resolution.
Troubleshoot and debug electronic and opto-electronic assemblies with a focus on quality and throughput.
Analyse production and test data; identify trends and support corrective action plans.
Support new product introductions and test strategy development.
Design or improve test stations, interfaces, and test procedures.
Work with cross-functional teams (R&D/Engineering/Operations) to implement process improvements.

Essential Qualifications & Experience
Degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Opto-electronics, or equivalent.
