Compliance Trainer

If you’re a Trainer from a professional services background who has a passion for compliance, this is the role for you! This position is a full time, permanent position, working for our client on the outskirts of Stratford upon Avon. The role is hybrid (1-2 days in the office) and there are lots of excellent benefits offered too. The purpose of role is to be responsible for delivering training to various internal teams, both in person and over Teams. You’ll learn both on the job and during intensive residential training weeks at college. All accommodation, travel and subsistence is paid for during the block weeks and you’ll start off with three weeks in college, returning home each weekend. The JLR retail apprenticeship programme is geared toward training the right candidate to become a qualified Parts Advisor. But what does a Parts Advisor do? Parts Advisors are responsible for ordering, selling, and managing stock control on a wide range of vehicle parts and accessories. Duties may vary from employer to employer but will typically include: Advising customers on how to solve a problem with their vehicle. Taking orders from customers both face to face and over the phone. Maintaining an ordered stock room and finding parts from stock. Raising invoices for parts sold. Summary of the role:  As an Apprentice CNC Machinist, you will work under the guidance and supervision of experienced machinists and learn the skills required to operate computer numerical control (CNC) machines. As part of the tendering process, the estimator will be responsible for assembling design information and producing quantities (take-offs) that are then utilised for producing cost estimates of the various elements of the building. These are then collated, along with other project costs, to produce an overall tender cost estimate which is then included as part of the tender submission document to the client. As an estimator, you will interact with various departments within their own organisation, as outlined above, as well as external organisations including: Supply chain (subcontractors and suppliers) – provide costs for the various building elements.
