What will you do?
A penchant for business development, working out of your own office, you'll meet & engage new and repeat customers in your territory; assessing their needs, you will provide a truly consultative Stonhard solution. Customer sales calls include a mix of existing/repeat business along with prospecting for new customers and projects. Closely work with your manager to meet & exceed sales goals. Participate in overseeing the successful delivery of product installation, ensuring optimum customer satisfaction. Project management responsibilities include ensuring raw materials are on site, construction crews have everything they need and troubleshooting any installation issues that may come up. Full turn-key operation ensures a smooth install and helps secure next project in another area or building. Will participate in an enriching training process spanning over two years, traveling to our headquarters for pre-planned, scheduled training(s).
Base Salary Range: $60,000 - $80,000
Uncapped Commission potential (First 2 years): approx. $15,000 - $50,000
Supplemental Pay Types:Commission Pay, Bonus Pay

GENERAL PURPOSE OF THE JOB:
The Manufacturing Engineer's responsibilities are broad and include safety, product quality, process control, productivity improvement, and development of a LEAN culture. The Manufacturing Engineer is expected to spend a significant amount of time on the floor and lead large capital project teams.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Safety
Assume a leadership position at the facility in partnership with the Plant Manager, Facilities & Engineering Manager and Shift Supervisors. Activities include resolution and communication regarding safety issues.
Execute on scheduled PHA's and JSA's.
Proactively monitor area and remediate potential safety issues.
Use DAKOTA software as a tool for compliance and environmental, health and safety. Use the tool to report incidents, near misses, and non-conformances.
LEAN Culture
Active participant in MS-168 Management Operating System.
Develop and execute upon "standard work" activities.
Continuous Improvement champion promoting and driving the "Small K" program.
Conduct "GEMBA Walks" daily. Use walks as the primary means of education and communication of expectations.
Improve productivity through elimination of non-value-added activities. Apply Engineering principles and methodologies to improve productivity and eliminate waste.
Maintain and continually improve the plant layout and flow.
Computer Software
Must be proficient in using 3D CAD and Adobe Photoshop software:
3D CAD.
Adobe Photoshop.
Microsoft Applications.
Product Quality
Work to maximize equipment efficiency and quality for output.
Assist in the training of operators with a focus on quality critical product specifications and process parameters.

Manages and coordinates large equipment installations and process implementations.
EDUCATION:
Bachelor's Degree (B.S.) in Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent from an ABET-accredited university.
Master's Degree preferred.
EXPERIENCE:
Two to four years of related experience and/or training.
Must have experience in both practical Manufacturing Engineering and Project Management.
CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS:
Six Sigma Green Belt.
Six Sigma Black Belt preferred.

Learn and implement Lean principles.

Principal Accountabilities:

The Technical Support Technician will gather information and data from a range of sources and analyse the information/data. The apprentice will be able to problem-solve in accordance with AS13000 and produce and/or update technical documentation, reports or specifications covering areas such as quality, production or other technical documentation that informs others, either internally or externally, about what needs to be done, such as how a product must be manufactured, tested, modified, maintained, stored, transported.

As a Registered Manager / Care Manager, you will be leading a residential service and overseeing all aspects of care, compliance, staffing, and safeguarding.

They are looking for an experienced Solicitor or Senior Fee Earner to join the team and manage a busy caseload of RTA claimant Personal Injury matters. This role offers genuine autonomy: youll take cases from instruction to settlement, handling both portal and litigated files as required.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage your own caseload of RTA claimant files from instruction through to settlement
- Progress cases efficiently through the OIC and MOJ Portals, including Stage 3 hearings
- Assess liability, devise case strategies, and issue proceedings where necessary
- Negotiate effectively with insurers and solicitors
- Ensure accurate use of the Proclaim case management system
- Maintain compliance with the SRA Code of Conduct
- Process your own billing and work towards agreed performance targets
- Provide guidance and support to junior colleagues as needed
What Were Looking For
- Qualified Solicitor (England & Wales), CILEX, or experienced Senior Fee Earner
- At least 3 years experience in RTA claimant personal injury work
- Confident in both portal (OIC / MOJ) and litigated cases
- Strong drafting, negotiation, and client communication skills
- Familiarity with Proclaim (or similar case management software)
- Attention to detail and ability to manage your caseload independently
- Knowledge of infant claims and credit hire is desirable but not essential

You’ll be responsible for a team of 9 which will consist of operatives.
Managing the effective product of Asphalt, ensuring Health and Safety is being adhered to.

Working hours: Mon-Fri typically 5.30-4.30 (shifts) and Sat-Sun (6.30-9.30) – The site manager typically won’t work on the weekend unless there is a maintenance job to cover/staff annual leave.
