Our client is a traditional law firm that provides a professional residential conveyancing service to their local clients across North Wales.
About You
The successful candidate will handle their own residential conveyancing caseload involving all aspects of sale and purchase transactions, including remorgage transactions, transfers of equity and freehold and leasehold properties.
The ideal candidate will be ambitious, hard-working and highly motivated who is able to handle their own caseload with minimal supervision.
Applicants should have at least 2+ PQE and previous knowledge of Conveyancing Quality Scheme and money laundering requirements.
