Your Role
As a Rust Software Engineer, you will:
Design, develop, and optimize robust backend systems using Rust.
Contribute to the architecture and implementation of scalable, high-performance solutions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including DevOps, QA, and product managers, to deliver seamless user experiences.
Drive innovation by exploring new technologies, tools, and methodologies.
Participate in code reviews and ensure best practices for security and performance.
About You
Experience: Strong background in software engineering, with a focus on backend development and experience using Rust.
Knowledge: Familiarity with distributed systems, microservices architecture, and performance optimization.
Skills: Proficient in working with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization tools like Docker or Kubernetes.
Mindset: Passionate about clean, maintainable code and eager to learn and adapt in a dynamic environment.
Bonus Points: Experience with WebAssembly, blockchain, or data-intensive applications.
Must speak C1/C2 German & English
