Main duties and responsibilities:
Assist with the recruitment process, including posting job adverts, scheduling interviews, and communicating with candidates.
Support onboarding activities such as preparing contracts, collecting documentation, and organising induction sessions.
Maintain accurate employee records and update HR systems.
Help coordinate training and development activities.
Respond to employee queries and direct them to the appropriate HR contact.
Assist with HR reporting and data analysis.
Participate in HR projects and initiatives to improve processes and employee experience.
Ensure confidentiality and compliance with data protection regulations.
Training Outcome:Ideally, we’re looking for someone who is keen to start their CIPD Level 3 qualification.

Provide technical support to customers both internal and external through a range of communication channels
Establish and diagnose ICT problems/faults using the required troubleshooting methodology and tools
Interpret technical specifications relevant to the ICT task
Apply the appropriate security policies to ICT tasks in line with organisational requirements
Undertake the relevant processes with the relevant tools and technologies to resolve ICT technical issues
Communicate with all levels of stakeholders, talking them through steps to take to resolve issues or set up systems, keeping them informed of progress and managing escalation and expectations
Practice guided continuous self-learning to keep up to date with technological developments to enhance relevant skills and take responsibility for own professional development
Document or escalate ICT tasks as appropriate to ensure a clear audit trail and progression of issues
Training:Level 3 Information Communications Technician qualification to be gained at the end of the apprenticeship.

Training:Training will be delivered by Myerscough College where you will work towards the Level 2 Horticulture / Landscape Construction Operative Apprenticeship qualification. Delivery is work-based using blended learning technologies on the employer’s premises. There is an expectation that 20% of the working week will be off the job training, which is a legal requirement. The apprentice will also need to attend college courses to complete the required additional qualifications.Training Outcome:After completing the apprenticeship we hope the candidate stays with the company and progress into team leaders, supervisors or contract managers.Employer Description:PlaySmart North are the landscaping arm of PlaySmart UK group. At PlaySmart North we design, install and maintain show gardens for housing developers working n sites across the North.
