HR Apprentice
Main duties and responsibilities:
Assist with the recruitment process, including posting job adverts, scheduling interviews, and communicating with candidates. Support onboarding activities such as preparing contracts, collecting documentation, and organising induction sessions. Maintain accurate employee records and update HR systems. Help coordinate training and development activities. Respond to employee queries and direct them to the appropriate HR contact. Assist with HR reporting and data analysis. Participate in HR projects and initiatives to improve processes and employee experience. Ensure confidentiality and compliance with data protection regulations.Training Outcome:
Ideally, we’re looking for someone who is keen to start their CIPD Level 3 qualification.

Working Hours :
The role is full time with flexible working hours Monday-Friday (37.5 hours per week) The role is office based with the flexibility to work two days per week from home.
