Shift Patterns: Typically 07:30 - 16:00 Monday to Friday (40 hours)
We are recruiting for a Mechanical Maintenance Engineer to work for a Water Treatment company.
The first 3 months of the role will be extensive training with your chosen "buddy" as this industry is niche and will take a lot of on-the-job learning.
Responsibilities:
Performing Maintenance Duties in a workshop and out on site with high-speed rotating equipment.
Fault finding with hydraulic and pneumatic equipment.
Repairing equipment - ordering parts from suppliers.
Completing scheduled maintenance.
Assisting with breakdowns.
Supporting the day-to-day maintenance of customer callouts.
Communicating with the service manager.

Using various machinery to repair parts in the workshop.
Travelling to various customer sites.
Qualification/experience:
Must be a qualified Mechanical Maintenance Engineer with documentation of certificates in Maintenance Engineering - Apprentice or Higher Education.
Must have a full UK Driving licence.
Must be over 21 for insurance purposes on the company vehicles.
Must be confident to travel UK-wide.
