Visits to the children at their homes every 6 weeks is essential in order to be able to make the best decisions for each case. In this role the team will also attend IPCP meetings.
About you
A degree within Social Work (Degree, DipSW, CQSW) with a minimum of 2 years’ experience is required to be deemed suitable for this role. The ability to complete court work and protect the children is essential in this role. Extensive assessment work, long term work and CP experience is part of the role. A valid and clean driving license and car is essential.

About the role
As HR Manager, you’ll own day-to-day HR operations for our UK team and act as the first point of contact for managers and staff across other locations.You’ll make sure policies are clear, processes run smoothly, and our culture stays high-trust and high-accountability.You’ll handle recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employee relations, payroll coordination, and policy updates.
