Children's Team Manager

We are looking for a Children’s Team Manager to join the UASC (Unaccompanied Asylum-Seeking Children’s) Team.

This role requires a Social Work Qualification with a minimum of 3 years post qualified experience.

About the team:

The UASC Team supports unaccompanied asylum-seeking children through assessment, care planning and safeguarding. As Team Manager, you will lead and supervise social workers, oversee statutory responsibilities and ensure high-quality, child-centred practice. You will work with partner agencies to promote stability and positive outcomes for young people. This is a locum opportunity, offering a stable contract.

About you:

A degree within Social Work (Degree/DipSW/CQSW) with a minimum of 3-year experience is essential to be considered for this role. Experience working in a MASH Children’s Service lends well to the success of this position.
