Your duties and responsibilities in this role will consist of:
Provide IT advice, guidance, and technical support to all customers (via various engagement channels) which includes O365, Teams, hardware, user devices and desktop applications, software/business applications, etc., using remote management tools where appropriate so that incidents are resolved in a timely manner
Provide excellent customer service as the first point of contact for all IT-related service requests
Strong communicator in providing detailed written responses to people’s requests, as well as clear articulate verbal responses when required
Ensure all incidents and service requests are accurately recorded and actioned, maintaining contact with customers throughout the process
Maintain service desk records, asset registers and a knowledge base, ensuring all data is recorded accurately following data recording requirements and is up to date
Act as a customer advocate, taking ownership and appropriate action regarding the enquiry, including investigation and prioritisation through to resolution, or where necessary passing to appropriate colleagues in other teams
Knowing the right time to escalate issues to avoid delays in resolution

The Partnerships Development Coordinator apprentice is expected to deliver their responsibilities efficiently and with integrity - showing a positive attitude. The role involves demonstrating strong communication skills (both written and verbal) and adopting a proactive approach to further developing these skills. The is also expected to show initiative in managing priorities and own time, having a basic understanding of Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office would be an advantage - but not essential; we will provide you with the support and guidance you need to develop these skills.

You will build the specialist knowledge and skills you’ll need to ensure operations within the international supply chain are fully secure, efficient and compliant. Use of multiple IT packages and systems relevant to the organisation in order to write letters or emails, perform financial processes, record and analyse data
Produces accurate records and documents including emails, letters, files, payments, reports, database management
Maintains records and files, in compliance with the organisation's internal policies and procedures
Produce accurate customs declarations and valuations
Create international transit documentation
Book, plan and monitor shipments
Produce freight costings and invoices
Demonstrate good sales/customer service skills
You will build knowledge in; International freight movement, Customs procedures, Business finance and freight costing, taking responsibility for initiating and completing tasks and managing priorities in a team setting to successfully meet deadlines
Completes tasks to a high standard. Demonstrates the necessary level of expertise required to complete tasks and applies themselves to continuously improve their work
Successful completion of the end-point assessment (EPA) will lead to final certification of the apprenticeship. This training will be structured and delivered by Learnmore Skills and the employer. Knowledge sessions will be delivered in group online sessions, followed up by further support and reviews from your coach within the workplace setting.
If the candidate does not hold GCSE grades A*-C (9-4) or equivalent, they will be required to complete a Level 1 or Level 2 Functional Skills in the relevant subject (Math and English)
Training Outcome:
Employment within the setting if the candidate performs well during the apprenticeship.
The learner could also look to progress to become a room leader and take on a Level 3 Team Leader apprenticeship or study early years further through the Level 5 Early Years Lead Practitioner apprenticeship.
