We are hiring a Sales Director (m/f/d) to drive the growth of a CRM & Digital Consulting business in the Middle East, based in Dubai. This role is suited for commercially strong sales leaders from IT consulting firms or CRM technology providers who have experience selling enterprise CRM transformations and consulting services.
Your Role & Impact
Drive regional sales growth for CRM and digital transformation consulting services
Own and execute sales activities across the Middle East, with a strong focus on new logo acquisition
Build and manage relationships with enterprise clients and technology partners
Manage complex, consultative sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders
Collaborate closely with delivery, consulting, and leadership teams to ensure successful project handover
Contribute to go-to-market initiatives and regional market expansion strategies
Provide market insights on CRM, SaaS, and digital transformation trends
Your Background (Key Requirements)
4+ years of experience in enterprise or consultative sales within IT or digital consulting
Proven experience selling CRM consulting services, implementations, or SaaS-led transformation projects
Hands-on exposure to one or more major CRM ecosystems: Salesforce, ServiceNow, Microsoft Dynamics, SAP CX, C/4HANA
Background in a consulting firm, system integrator, or CRM vendor/partner
Experience working with enterprise clients across complex sales environments
Exposure to Automotive is a plus
No pure in-house / internal sales background
Your Profile
Strong communication and negotiation skills with executive-level stakeholders
Commercially driven, proactive, and comfortable operating in growth-oriented environments
Solid understanding of CRM platforms, SaaS, and digital transformation consulting models
Experience working in international or multicultural business environments
Fluency in English is required (Arabic is a plus)

About the role
Were looking for an experienced Tool and Automation Architect to lead our Operations Tool Domain and drive the evolution of our automation and monitoring landscape.

Skills and experience
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related discipline
- 10+ years experience in operations tools, automation, or a closely related domain
- Proven experience leading and developing high-performing technical teams
- Strong programming capability in languages such as Java, Python, or C#
- Solid experience with database design, SQL, and platforms such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, or Oracle
- Strong understanding of telecommunications and network concepts, including routing and protocols
- Demonstrated experience managing budgets and delivering cost-effective solutions
- Hands-on experience with AIOps and automation platforms such as Moogsoft, Splunk ITSI, IBM Watson AIOps, Dynatrace, or Ansible
- Deep experience with ServiceNow ITSM, ITOM, and CMDB, including integrations, CI correlation, workflows, and automation
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage technical and non-technical stakeholders
