The Role
As a Team Leader, you will be responsible for leading and supporting a team of stock counters to deliver accurate, efficient and professional stocktaking services across a range of retail and commercial customer sites.
You will take ownership of the stocktake from arrival through to completion, ensuring that company and customer procedures are followed, agreed timescales are met and the highest standards of accuracy, productivity and customer service are maintained.
This is a mobile and hands-on role, with travel to different customer locations each day. You will need to be flexible regarding working hours and locations, and there may be occasions where overnight stays away from home are required.
