We’re looking for an outstanding General Manager to take the helm of a brand-new café pub in West London. This is a rare chance to shape a site from the very beginning. The foundations are in place, the doors are open and the neighbourhood is discovering them. You’ll bring the leadership to turn a promising launch into a thriving local favourite.

The role

Lead and inspire a close-knit teamRun a busy café-by-day, pub-by-night operation, trading 8am to 10pmDrive sales towards the weekly target and beyondSet the standard for service, atmosphere and consistencyManage rotas, stock, margins and compliance with confidenceWork alongside an established Assistant Manager who is already in place and keen to support you

About you

Proven experience as a General Manager in a pub environmentA natural, visible leader who builds loyal, motivated teamsCommercially minded, with a track record of growing sales and controlling costsSolid knowledge of licensing, cellar management and pub complianceCalm under pressure and hands-onExperience with a new opening is a bonus, but not essential
