Translate technology concepts into scalable and manufacturable production solutions with active collaboration on DFM / DFA / DFT Early stage design cycle support, working closely with R&D Define process requirements, equipment specifications, personnel qualification needs and quality targets. Monitor developments in automation, joining technologies, packaging and digital manufacturing. Plan and execute pilot projects, feasibility studies, prototypes and technology trials (this will include hands-on involvement in SMT line setup and trials) Conduct simulations and lab-scale evaluations of new manufacturing technologies. Perform risk, cost and maturity assessments including TRL and MRL analysis. Support the development of technology standards across multiple product families. Collaborate with universities, research institutes and external suppliers on technology development initiatives. Key skills required for the role of Manufacturing Technology Engineer in Bolzano, Italy. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Materials Science, Automation Engineering or a related discipline. PCBA manufacturing engineering/process development/production engineering Knowledge of assembly and joining technologies for electronic components on PCBs, including SMT, THT, soldering, adhesives and ultrasonic processes. Process and/or technology leadership and a strong understanding of make-or-buy analysis and industrialisation strategy development. Experience running feasibility studies, pilot projects and prototype development activities. Background from a large subcontract manufacturer is beneficial. JOB DESCRIPTION GENERAL PURPOSE OF THE JOB: The WTI Field Resource Foreman (Foreman) oversees and performs the safety, efficiency, and quality of the WTI field service business. Safety is our primary priority and will be embedded into every discussion, meeting, and project. As the clear and established leader of the WTI crew, the Foreman is focused on safety, crew management, and efficient execution of all WTI projects assigned within their respective region. It is the Foreman's responsibility to deliver timely service to all WTI customers and manage exposure to risks. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Conduct the daily onsite safety brief before the start of the WTI project with the Sales Rep, customer, and the WTI crew. Inspect and ensure all surroundings, equipment, and tools and identify and discuss any safety concerns. Complete the Daily Hazard Analysis form and submit it to the Supervisors as applicable. Foreman also ensures that all technicians complete Daily Hazard Analysis. Ensure all project communication is completed before the start of any WTI project. This includes but is not limited to communication with: WTI Field Resources Supervisor (Supervisor) daily and before starting new projects (ensure any/all communication with the Sales Reps is also shared with the Supervisor. Sales Rep weekly and/or as needed and before new projects. WTI crew members will discuss the scope of work, daily tasks, and the overall schedule. Customer/Client (as needed or required by the Sales Rep) daily and/or weekly. Efficient management of projects will include managing the crew's start and end times, daily productivity (hours, man-days, etc.), and ensuring tools and materials are available to complete the assigned project safely and efficiently. Complete the project per the approved scope of work or specification and after issuance by the Supervisor. Using a designated company-mandated reporting tool, the Foreman will complete an end-of-day and/or end-of-project walk-through to ensure the quality of workmanship and address any punch list items before leaving the job site. These items will include updates on work performed, materials consumed (T&M projects), and supplies purchased. Ensure all WTI Field Resources Reps (Field Reps) have a professional appearance and customer interaction while completing services for a customer. Responsible for ordering, tracking, and monitoring inventory and ensuring quarterly cycle counts are completed and submitted timely. Provide pricing for self-performing projects over $12,500. Submit all proposals of over $20,000 to the Supervisor for review and approval before submitting them to the GS Administrator for logging and distribution to the Sales Rep. Monitor and manage the Field Reps. Consult with the Supervisor to take appropriate steps or corrective measures to resolve employee work-related issues and necessary documentation. Work with the Supervisor to elevate the issues to HR as required. Coordinate with the Supervisor to create project schedules. Review time reports daily and make necessary corrections with the admin team. Attending all appropriate calls, meetings, and trainings. Perform any other duties and/or projects as required or assigned by the Supervisor or Regional Business Manager. OTHER SKILLS AND ABILITIES: Ability to travel out of town, including overnight stays. Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver's license. Ability to work weekends and/or holidays when needed. Ability to pass a pre-employment drug test. Ability to read, write, and speak English. 30-hour OSHA certification Registered Roof Observer (RRO) preferred but not required. Minimum of five years of experience in the roofing industry. Must be thoroughly familiar with built-up, EPDM, PVC, and other forms of low-slope roofing systems, as well as metal and other steep-sloop roofing systems, and how to repair them properly. What will you do this year?In your role as a Playland Catering Supervisor, your primary accountabilities will be to: Supervise and direct the activities of up to 12 event staff, including organizing and assigning tasks, managing time sheets, and providing guidance.Address and resolve any issues that arise with Playland BBQ guests to ensure a positive experience.Maintain a high standard of guest satisfaction through exceptional service and attention to detail.Coordinate employee break schedules to ensure smooth operations during shifts.Monitor inventory levels in designated areas and manage inventory count sheets for accuracy.Ensure compliance with local health and safety guidelines and regulations.Control food waste and minimize loss to maintain cost-efficiency.Lead by example, educating staff on maintaining clean and sanitary workstations at all times.Oversee the preparation of food and ingredients for Playland BBQs to ensure quality and consistency.Supervise the maintenance of all coolers and freezers, ensuring proper labeling, dating, and rotation of products.Step in to perform tasks or fill in for staff when coverage is required.Ensure adherence to the PNE Uniform and Appearance policy at all times.Perform other related duties as required. During the Dental Nurse Apprenticeship, you will receive ongoing support, development and training to equip you with the skills and knowledge required to qualify and have a successful career in dental nursing.
