You carry out a 5-week paid trial which decides what kind of learner you are- then we match your unique learner needs to the best apprenticeship programme for you.
As an Early Years Apprentice, you will study towards either a Level 2 or 3 Early Years Practitioner.
Duties include:
Plan and carry out child initiated and adult led play activities supporting children’s individual needs and interests
Provide play activities which encourage and promote children’s numeracy, literacy and language development
Undertake the role of the key person to help children feel safe, secure and valued
Carries out observations and use these effectively to understand the changing needs of their individual key children and plan for the interests in line with the early years foundation stage
Carry out care routines such as nappy changing, toileting, hand washing and feeding routines with care, respect and compassion
Work in partnership with other professionals, parents, colleagues and children to meet the individual needs of children
Ensure the welfare, well-being and safety of children is promoted and report safeguarding issues and concerns to the person in charge
Take an active part in the completion of their apprenticeship, meeting deadlines set by their trainer assessor and working with the dedicated mentor to develop their knowledge, skills and behaviours
Work in a non-discriminatory way to ensure all children have equal access to opportunities

The Young People Tracking Service is responsible for maintaining the Client Caseload Information System, making statutory returns to the Department for Education and providing data, information and analytical support to the 16+ Education to Employment Team to guide their work.
More specific responsibilities include:
Liaison with schools, colleges and training providers maintaining strong and effective communications to ensure statutory data returns are timely and of quality.
Use of systems and services external to the team to gather information about clients, including (but not exclusively) those with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities, Children in Care and Care Leavers, Electively Home Educated, in receipt of High Needs Funding and known to the Youth Justice System.

Kinnerton’s manufacturing site in Fakenham, working alongside experienced engineers. After you have completed your 20 weeks with Reagit, you will work 4 days per week at Kinnerton and continue with 1 day per week of continued learning at Reagit.

Alongside the Communications and Impact Officer, deliver high-quality engagement around the Suffolk Cups, including supporting the delivery and development of content during matches.
Deliver reports and evaluations on the success of content delivered and provide analysis on how this has met the outcomes of the organisation. Create trend analysis and use industry intelligence to support this work.
Coordinate the cataloguing of all digital marketing materials for the organisation including but not exclusively, developing official Suffolk
FA documentation that requires branding (e.g. recruitment packs).
Effectively deal with and triage customer enquiries, ensuring these are signposted to the correct department.
Content Development and Creative Storytelling
Work alongside the Football Development and Football Services teams to help create strong content that showcases the work of these teams and the work of the football community.
Deliver filming and photography for the organisation at key events and across key programmes, ensuring high level production and finished products that can be used by Suffolk FA. There will be development opportunities in this role to develop and enhance these skills.
Lead interviews and conversations with clubs, partners and stakeholders across the game, creating engaging content to support the work of the organisation.Assist in the development of storyboards and productions, working alongside the Communications and Impact Officer to bring these to life on-screen and online.

Work with affiliated Suffolk clubs to showcase their work and successes to external partners.
Training Outcome:After completing a Content Creator Apprenticeship, learners can progress into roles such as Content Creator, Social Media Executive, Digital Marketing Assistant, Marketing Executive, or Communications Assistant.
