JOB PURPOSE:
The Corporate Project Engineer is accountable for providing capital engineering support within Operations. This includes executing engineering projects for capital installations $200M+, project management from design through startup, and providing long range technical planning and strategies for the business.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Responsible for capital project execution including equipment selection, justification, CAR processing, purchasing, and installation. Support start-up efforts including in person training and documentation. Design, recommend, and implement manufacturing systems that are designed for machine, human interaction, method/process, raw material & environmental variability. Design to incorporate Lean principles to improve reliability, ease of use & maintenance, minimize changeover times, and to minimize production losses. Provide cross functional project management across key areas including RD&E, Finance, Marketing, & with other Rust-Oleum locations Manage projects through design review process from project scope charters through successful startup transition to the local site team. This includes working with the plant operational teams on providing training, writing appropriate standard operating procedures, and maintenance training plans & parts. Apply the Process Safety Management (PSM) regulations to day to day operations and capital project work. This includes writing appropriate procedures, conducting Change Management paperwork, knowing and applying electrical and hazard codes, signing off on Hot Work and Confined Space, correctly using contractor safety guidelines, and timely equipment inspections/certifications. Frequent interface with plant personnel, operators, coordinators, and maintenance personnel across a 3-shift operation.
REQUIREMENTS:
BS in Mechanical Engineering or Chemical Engineering preferred. Industrial and Electrical Engineers with hands-on mechanical & chemical experience will also be considered. 7+ years of engineering job experience. Good project management, written and verbal communication skills are required along with a high level of initiative. Demonstrated strong leadership skills, in project and people management in a continuous improvement environment in the areas of production, safety, quality and Lean manufacturing principles.

The Role of the CNC Service Engineer
Take charge of servicing and maintaining their diverse range of Machine Tool products, ensuring optimal functionality and longevity.
Attend to machine faults promptly, adeptly diagnose issues, and rectify them efficiently. This includes replacing parts as needed to restore full functionality.
Act as a crucial liaison between Technical Support, Service Management, and Customer Services, facilitating seamless communication and swift resolution of issues.
Execute planned maintenance tasks meticulously, contributing to the smooth operation of machines and minimizing downtime.
Identify required parts accurately and promptly order them through the Service and/or Spares department, ensuring timely repairs and minimal disruption.
Skilfully perform Renishaw Ballbar Calibration, ensuring precision and accuracy in machine operations.
Utilise PLC diagnostic functions to diagnose machine faults efficiently, employing technical expertise to identify and resolve issues.
Play an integral role in project installation teams, contributing technical insights and support to ensure successful project outcomes.
Provide valuable technical support to colleagues within the Service & Engineering functions, fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment.
Clearly explain machine faults, findings, and repairs to customers, potentially through written reports, ensuring transparency and understanding.
Identify potential sales opportunities during interactions with customers and promptly relay these to the Sales department, contributing to business growth and expansion.

JOB PURPOSE:
The Senior Packaging Engineer is responsible for project management of packaging initiatives on cross-functional teams that support Brand Marketing new product development and continuous quality and cost improvement projects. Position Summary
Carboline is looking to fill an open Territory Sales Representative in Albuquerque, New Mexico. This position is responsible for both selling and generating new business which includes maintaining already established customers while also developing new prospects to grow volume, revenue and increase the profitability of this territory. We are seeking individuals with a hunters mentality and prior experience working in the paint and coatings industry. This position will report into the South Central Director of Sales.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's in Business or a Technical degree or equivalent experience 4+ years sales and or business development experience, preferably in the protective coatings industry
Preferred Requirements
Previous industrial sales experience within the coatings industry is preferred. NACE certifications are a plus!
Physical Requirements
This position requires minimal physical activity. May require lifting up to 50lbs on occasion. May require computer usage for an extended period of time - up to 8 hours in a day. Occasional exposure to various chemicals. May require travel by car up to 50%, including nighttime.
