You will be able to work at a fast pace, making quick decisions leading teams merchandising stock to an excellent standard.
The Role
A typical week consists of 4-5 shifts Sunday to Thursday.
You will be leading and supporting a team of merchandisers and replenishers carrying out tasks required by the client.
Communicate with Management on progress and end of project sign off.
Carry out health and safety inductions and checks.
Shift lengths are generally 12 hours, days and nights (predominately nights). Access to available assignments will be on your smartphone via our Field Power platform where you can set your availability and accept shifts.
You will be required to clock in and out using your smart phone via our RAS Dashboard.
Work will be carried out on different retail customer sites / stores and travel will vary on a shift-by-shift basis.
You will be required to carry out the following:
Removing and replacing stock with the use of client plans and systems.
Adjusting shelf heights.
Moving stock from the warehouse onto the shop floor, with use of roll cages and pallet trucks.
Stock replenishment.
Travelling will be involved when local work is not available. Accommodation will be provided when required to stay away.

The Role
A typical week consists of 4-5 shifts Sunday to Thursday.
You will be leading and supporting a team of merchandisers and replenishers carrying out tasks required by the client.

Shift lengths are generally 12 hours, days and nights (predominately nights). Access to available assignments will be on your smartphone via our Field Power platform where you can set your availability and accept shifts.

Travelling will be involved when local work is not available. Accommodation will be provided when required to stay away.

The Maintenance Technician is responsible for the inspection, troubleshooting, and repair of process and facility-related equipment. Equipment inspection includes preventative maintenance (PM) and associated documentation.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

MensCraft is the leading organisation in East Anglia with an exclusive focus on men’s health and wellbeing. Responsibilities you will learn to undertake:
Ensure parts and materials are available to support production plans in all areas of manufacturing and create and maintain supplier schedules and expedite parts and materials.
Create production schedules and prioritise Works orders for production optimisation. Release and maintain Works Orders and prepare any other documents required for production.

Training:
Formal training is delivered at HWGTA, located in Worcester (WR4 9GN).
You will receive a training plan that is specific to your qualification, with sessions that are delivered through a combination of face-to-face and remote.
Additional training for functional skills in English and Maths will be undertaken if needed.
You will receive monthly visits from your assigned Learning and Development Specialist, who will set you work, monitor your development and wellbeing, and discuss training sessions. They will also prepare you for your End Point Assessment to gain Level 3 Business Administration qualification.
There is also a five-day teambuilding residential trip that is held in the spring of each year offered to all apprentices on programme.
Training Outcome:

These services will include
Several specialised outdoor services including commercial mowing, strimming and edging, shrub border maintenance (including planting), hedge cutting and weed control, turfing, soil sciences and related works as required.
