Lead Technician performing roof patch and repair as necessary and determined by the Quality Assurance Group on Tremco Incorporated roof systems (BUR, Modified Bitumen, Single Ply, Fluid Applied, etc.). Estimate material and labor quantities for roof patch and repair. Work with local WTI Field Representatives and/or Supervisors as required or necessary. Provide accurate and timely documentation to ensure that all work was completed properly and that the customer is fully satisfied. Plumbing Apprentice:
The Plumbing Apprentice will assist plumbers with repairs, maintenance tasks, bathroom components, pipework, and general reactive works. With guidance, they will build practical plumbing skills and an understanding of water systems, fittings, and compliance standards. This position supports the service’s aim to maintain strong internal trade capacity and reduce reliance on external contractors.
Plumbing Apprentice - Trade Tasks:
Assist with unblocking toilets and drains as part of reactive plumbing repairs
Support repairs to leaking pipes, immersion heaters, and water‑heating components
Help install and maintain bathroom components, fittings, and general pipework
Carry out basic maintenance tasks such as checking or adjusting plumbing fixtures under supervision
Assist with safe manual handling of plumbing materials, proper storage, waste removal, and maintaining tidy work areas

Your responsibilities will include:
Maintaining clean, safe, and well‑equipped laboratory environments, including routine housekeeping, waste disposal, and equipment care.
Assisting with the setup and clearing away of materials and reagents for undergraduate and postgraduate practical sessions, as well as for research laboratories, including preparing media, solutions, and basic experiments.

18 years or older due to the nature of the role.
You must have the right of abode and the right to work in the UK to qualify for funding. If you have the right of abode, you do not require a visa or electronic travel authorisation (ETA) to enter and work in the UK. You must not have any restriction on the length of time you may spend in the country. Proof of status will be required before the interview.
Must not have a degree or higher in any subject.
Previous Qualifications (Essential):
5x GCSEs with at least two in English Language and Mathematics at Grade C or 4 or above.
Applicants should have a minimum of 104 UCAS tariff points, including:
3 A Levels (1 must be Grade C in Biology).
Or BTEC Extended Diploma (Grade DMM) must include four good science modules with an emphasis on Biomedical Science.
