JOB DESCRIPTION
GENERAL PURPOSE OF THE JOB:
This position performs various diagnostic onsite inspections for customers, as well as other inspection services.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Perform/assist with diagnostic roof inspections, including Infrared, Nuclear, visual, & other inspection services, along with related information gathering and verification tasks. Work with Lead Diagnostics Technician Collaborate with other Field Supervisors as necessary. Assist with the Quality Control (QC) process for all diagnostic jobs, ensuring proper documentation to ensure that all work is completed accurately and that customers are satisfied. Conduct and foster professional and timely communication (via email, voicemail, and in-person meetings) with customers, sales representatives, field staff, and internal company personnel on all diagnostic-related matters. Serve as a point of contact for office personnel in case of any issues related to a diagnostic problem. Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor at all times when providing services to customers. In conjunction with the Manager of Diagnostic Services, assist in training other field personnel on diagnostic tools, techniques, and processes. Proper completion of all services and related paperwork. Participate in all safety trainings and complete any required documentation. Perform any other duty and/or project as required or assigned by the Manager of Diagnostic Services or the VP of General Services
OTHER SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
Planning and organizational skills. Able to juggle multiple priorities and demonstrate good task management Ability to work independently Excellent customer service skills and ability to build relationships Ability to climb up and down interior/exterior ladders to access roofs (minimum of 20 ft.) and carry basic hand tools, equipment and/or material up to approx. 75 lbs. over long distances Capable of walking along rooftop edges (no fear of heights, good balance, etc.) Ability to handle prolonged exposure to outside weather conditions (heat, cold, etc.)
Benefits: The salary range for applicants in this position generally ranges between $55,000 and $68,000. This range is an estimate, based on potential employee qualifications, operations, needs, and other considerations permitted by law. The Field Service Technician Apprentice will be responsible for the following duties:
Provide first line technical support via telephone, Teams and email following company procedures
Work with colleagues to help solve 2nd and 3rd line support cases Deliver Westermo Training courses either in the UK and Ireland office, or at a customer premises
Prepare and maintain training equipment

Key Resin Company, a high-performance flooring manufacturer, is seeking a skilled warehouse maintenance technician. The ideal candidate will possess a strong mechanical knowledge and experience in industrial maintenance. Responsibilities include: General blend of building and light industrial maintenance. Building maintenance including painting, landscaping, janitorial, and other handyman type duties. Basic electrical, HVAC, and plumbing maintenance, repairs, troubleshooting and installations. Perform routine PM's and repairs on industrial equipment and facility infrastructure; maintain accurate records. Conduct minor welding tasks (MIG/Flux) as needed. Interpret and work from schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals. Collaborate with other departments to ensure equipment uptime and safety Help out other departments as needed. Qualifications 1-5 years of maintenance or handy-man type experience, industrial maintenance or related field preferred Basic knowledge of electrical, HVAC, plumbing and welding Reading and interpretating schematics and blueprints Basic computer skills including Microsoft Office, Excel, Word. SAP/ERP a plus. Ability to lift 50-70 lbs. on a regular basis and occasionally move up to 100 lbs. Longevity in previous positions Skill Set Attentive to detail and organized Dependable and self-directed Good problem-solving abilities Solid oral communication skills Ability and desire to learn our product and industry
