AV VC Preventative Maintenance / Service Engineer – This new role in requires someone with the relevant AV experience, you will be either an av installation engineer / on site av support technician or AV Field Service Engineer that is now looking for a new role. The position will see you visiting clients site in both the corporate / blue chip world and hospitality AV sectors. You be conducting regular rooms checks on already installed AV systems to make sure that the kit is working to its desired ability. You will have to perform the occasional service fix and be an absolute whizz of reporting and escalating any significant problems that you find. You will need to be client facing and come with a good understanding of Crestron, Neat, Yealink, Audio DSPs and more. The Role of the Trainee Service Engineer:
Initially you will be based in the office whilst you are trained, this will be Monday – Friday in Newmarket.
