The QA Technical Service Rep is responsible for the timely delivery of services as they relate to the quality assurance of Tremco's installed roofing systems within their respective region.
$20-33/hour (not including prevailing wage)

Duties/Responsibilities, Core knowledge:
Lead Technician performing roof patch and repair as necessary and determined by the Quality Assurance Group on Tremco Incorporated roof systems (BUR, Modified Bitumen, Single Ply, Fluid Applied, etc.). Estimate material and labor quantities for roof patch and repair. Work with local WTI Field Representatives and/or Supervisors as required or necessary. Provide accurate and timely documentation to ensure that all work was completed properly and that the customer is fully satisfied. Conduct and foster professional and timely communication (via email, voicemail, in person) with the customers, sales reps, field staff, and internal company personnel on all work-related matters. Demonstrate working knowledge of all services provided. Perform any other duty and/or project as required or assigned by the QA Assurance Group.
Skills, Qualifications, Experience, Special Physical Requirements:
High school diploma or GED Prior roofing experience including patch and repair skills Knowledge and ability to use basic tools associated with commercial roofing Knowledge and experience monitoring and maintaining Quality Control Functional computer skills Safety training and OSHA knowledge with a commitment to safety at all times Understanding and ability to manage expenses Planning and organizational skills. Able to juggle multiple priorities and demonstrate good task management Work independently, as well as in a team environment, to solve problems and delegate assignments Excellent customer service skills and ability to build relationships Ability to climb up and down interior/exterior ladders to access roofs (minimum of 20 ft) and carry basic hand tools, equipment and/or material up to approx. 100 lbs. over long distances Capable of walking along roof top edges (no fear of heights, good balance, etc.) Ability to handle prolonged exposure to outside weather conditions (heat, cold, etc.) Ability to travel out of town including overnight travel Must have transportation and a valid driver's license Ability to work weekends and/or holidays if needed Ability to pass pre-employment drug test Ability to read, write and speak English The hourly rate for applicants in this position generally ranges between $20 and $33. The Dispenser Service Technician (DST) position's primary function is the installation and maintenance of Euclid Chemical concrete admixture dispensing equipment. This position is also responsible for calling on current admixture customers routinely, offering them DST services. Services include air checks, checking operation of dispensing equipment, and assisting with job service. The DST position covers a respective territory however they position may also be required to travel into other select territories upon request. Our current opening is for our Southern California Territory.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Responsible for all dispenser equipment in the field. Ability to visit and evaluate a plant to order the proper dispenser equipment needed to do the job right (such as conduit for electrical, hose lengths, position of dispenser, etc.) Install the dispenser equipment and help assist the customer in matching our dispenser to their plant (such as counts, added products, etc.). When the install is complete tech is responsible to clean up any mess that was created during the visit. Will be responsible to pick up any equipment in the field that needs to be removed, and returned to a Euclid facility. Responsible to wash out any tanks immediately upon being returned at the Euclid Chemical plant with the guidance of the plant manager on the waste product. Willingness and ability to restore any used equipment that can be reused. Will be required to do paperwork (such as DOT Certifications, Expense Reports, Daily or Weekly Reports, etc.) The DOT Certifications will be done professionally on Euclid Letterhead and handed to the customer. May be asked to transfer safe amounts of material from location to location (such as raw materials for concrete testing, admixture, fiber, etc.). Required to order equipment and install that equipment at the designated customer location and maintain that equipment after installation. Perform preventative maintenance on the equipment when needed. Assist in state inspections where necessary. Respond to customer issues with those dispensers when needed. Assure that their truck is properly equipped with the necessary parts to fix or repair the equipment.
SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS:
Travel up to 50% of the time. Must be willing to spend the night out of town when required. Flexible schedule. This includes early mornings, late nights and weekends as needed. Ability to work alone and with others Organizational, problem solving, and time management skills Basic plumbing, electrical, fabrication, mathematical skills. Main Responsibilities for the Service Coordinator

Time served / Apprentice trained Maintenance Electrician / Electrical Craftsperson is required for permanent position for a Manufacturing company in the Bury / Whitefield M45 area. Rate of pay is approx.. £48k pa incl. shift allowance (likely earnings to be circa £50k - £60k pa including regular O/T) plus benefits (see below). The successful candidate will be working a 4 week rotating, continental shift pattern, average of 42 hours/week (12 hour days & 12 hour nights, with 7 consecutive days off in a 4 week rotation).
The ideal candidate will have prior experience of working in an industrial manufacturing environment and be familiar with three phase / 440v, single phase and DC control systems (incl. motor and heating), industrial electrical installations and industrial manufacturing machinery.

The successful Maintenance Electrician / Electrical Maintenance Technician / Industrial Electrical Craftsperson day to day duties will include:
Diagnose and repair electrical problems on industrial and occasional domestic electrical systems – Including 3 phase motor control, DC motor control and Siemens control systems
Assess the parts needed for a job
Conduct routine preventative maintenance and testing
Rewire faulty electrical systems
Ensure good quality workmanship which upholds company standards and complies with industrial codes and follows safety requirements
Ability to work alone and also work within a team
Install electrical systems to 17th / 18th edition regs.
The ideal Maintenance Electrician / Industrial Electrical Craftsperson will have the following experience, skills and characteristics:
Completed relevant maintenance engineering apprenticeship i.e. NVQ L3 / C&G L3
Recent experience as an Electrical Maintenance Engineer in a manufacturing environment.
Relevant electrical engineering qualification and knowledge of current electrical wiring regulations 17/18th
Good working knowledge Three phase, single phase and DC control systems – including motor and heating
Able to follow relay ladder logic wiring diagrams
Industrial Electrical installation experience.
Basic understanding of mechanical, pneumatics, hydraulics repairs
Able to work under pressure, work safely, excellent problem solving skills, attentive and a logical thought process.
Ability to read electrical drawings
Good communicational skills (Oral, Reading & Writing), able to communicate at all levels.
HNC or higher Electrical Engineering qualification (desirable)
Testing and Inspection with PAT – (desirable)
Basic knowledge of a PLC’s / Siemens control system – recognition of Inputs and Outputs (desirable)
Basic knowledge of variable speed drives AC/DC (desirable)
