You will use your clinical expertise and strong managerial skills to make a real difference to the lives of our service users.
You will play a vital role supporting the Hospital Director in the delivery of exceptional quality, person centred care to our service users.

Duties will include:
Leading by example to ensure consistently high levels of care are maintained

Promote professional, clinical training & care & support planning within the home to maintain the health, welfare and wellbeing of the residents.

Clinical audits and reporting

Delivering hands on care when required including some shift work (days, nights and weekends)
Participation of on call rotas

The end point assessment is independent of the training and includes a variety of assessment methods that test the skills and knowledge of the apprentice to ensure they are fully competent in their role.
Each Apprentice will be supported throughout the apprenticeship by a structured programme of teaching, e-learning, face to face training and workplace mentoring; this will encourage and help them to meet the requirements of the new standards and will prepare them for the end of point assessment.Training Outcome:
