Blackfield Associates is a specialist talent and workforce solutions business supporting highly regulated industries, including life sciences, biotechnology, pharmaceuticals and advanced manufacturing. Working closely with the STR Group marketing team and Blackfield’s Senior Leadership Team, you will support the development of the brand, content, digital presence and employer reputation.
What will you be doing?
This is a varied, hands-on position offering exposure to a broad range of marketing channels. Your responsibilities will include:
Supporting the development of the Blackfield Associates website, including its content, messaging and user experience
Helping position Blackfield as a specialist consultancy and workforce solutions partner
Managing and growing Blackfield’s presence across LinkedIn and Instagram
Developing content plans and posting schedules for the Senior Leadership Team and consultants
Producing marketing and sales collateral, including brochures, presentations, case studies and capability documents
Assisting with salary surveys, contractor rate guides, market reports and industry insights
Supporting campaigns that strengthen Blackfield’s employer brand and attract recruiters, consultants and technical professionals
Helping plan, coordinate and promote client, recruitment and industry events
Monitoring campaign and social media performance, producing reports and identifying opportunities to improve engagement
