Applications are invited from committed and experienced Senior Social Workers to join the Safeguarding Team, part of the Adult Acute & Community Social Care Services on the beautiful Island of Guernsey, in the Channel Islands.You will be an experienced and highly skilled, specialist Social Work practitioner with recent safeguarding experience in working directly with vulnerable adults and their families within the arena of acute and community social care. Your responsibilities include managing a caseload, conducting admissions and inductions, and ensuring residents understand their rights and health and safety requirements.
