Your work will be varied and you will get to work across live electrical jobs and also property and refurbishment projects including bathrooms, general building work and finishing.Training:Installation and Maintenance Electrician Level 3.
This programme is delivered via a day release delivery model which means that one day per week, your attendance is required at our Engineering Campus. This attendance is required during term time only.
You will work with expert assessors and tutors to develop new knowledge, skills and behaviours within the profession.
You will experience a blended learning model.Training Outcome:This apprenticeship will see you become a fully qualified electrician. There will always be ongoing training and upskilling to aid progression and compliance. They are registerd with NAPIT and Trust Mark and are a Part P electrical safety registered installer. Key Duties and Responsibilities:
Assist qualified electricians with electrical installation and maintenance work
Support the installation of electrical systems in domestic, commercial and industrial environments
Learn how to interpret electrical drawings and specifications
Carry out testing, inspection and fault-finding activities under supervision
Ensure all work is completed in line with health and safety regulations
Maintain tools, equipment and work areas to a high standard
Complete apprenticeship coursework and attend all required training sessions
Develop industry knowledge and practical skills through on-the-job training
Training:Installation and Maintenance Electrician Level 3.
Training will take place at Moulton College's Holcot Campus on a day-release basis. As part of the apprenticeship, the successful candidate will be required to attend college one day per week to complete their training and qualifications.Training Outcome:
