The main element of the role as the new Diabetes Care Manager/Rep is to promote and sell the blood glucose monitor, downloadable software and the pen needles.
You will be responsible for selling into GP's Surgeries, Meds Management and Hospitals.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Pricing Strategy Creation
Work with Product Management, Sales, and Leadership to design, develop, and maintain comprehensive and harmonized market-based pricing strategies for each platform, executed at the channel and account level designed to achieve sales and margin objectives.
In line with the designed strategy, continuously monitor and ensure new and existing pricing strategies are consistent, equitable, and profitable across all accounts, channels, and product lines.
Design new and innovative pricing models suited to the product platform aimed at maximizing margin while retaining customer traction.
Work with Product Management and Sales to set and execute pricing strategy for new product launches designed to achieve sales and profitability targets.

The Role of the Business Development Manager
You will be responsible for selling the entire portfolio of orthopaedic products which include hip and Shoulder implants, orthobiologics, custom products (3D Printing) and instrumentation.
Selling to NHS & Private Hospitals
Spending lots of time in theatre.
Selling to Surgeons, Procurement, Multi-Tier Sell.

The Role:
Responsible for product management and procurement in the emerging hydrogen/green energy sector.
Managing a multi-million £ portfolio.
Dealing with a variety of vendors and strategically assessing products with a go to market strategy.
Developing short- & long-term product commercial objectives
Development of long-term sourcing strategies for relevant products, with associated effective ongoing management of effective vendor / key supplier relationships in conjunction with procurement
Liaison with supply management to ensure they have optimum supply, filling and testing agreements in place for their factored products
Managing product supply interruptions.
Responsible for the pricing and P+L.
The Ideal Person: Product Manager
Experience in a product management or sales role.
Strong technical background in chemistry or physics.
Excellent communication skills.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Computer literate on systems such as Excel and PowerPoint; experience in SAP, Business Objects and Power BI would be beneficial but training would be provided.
Able to work in a complex, matrix style organisation.
