As Marketing Manager you must be/have:
Bachelor or Master Degree in Digital, Marketing, Economics or Business Management
5 - 10 years of experience in B2B marketing management in a direct and digital marketing business, preferably in an international context
Team management, direct reports as well as cross functional teams, also in an international context
A passion for marketing and a natural interest to stay up to date on new trends, technologies, capabilities and solutions
Excellent project management skills. Ability to manage multiple projects across critical deadlines and capable of driving projects across cross-functional teams based in different locations. Experience with Jira, Trello, or similar project management platforms is highly desirable

GC Manager will have Cost Model approval authority for projects where the Gross Margin for Service is less than the stated requirements. Further approvals may be needed. Ensure the profitability of the region by effectively managing the team and processes with the tools one has available. Assist when needed to review proposals received, conduct contractor interviews for specification and contractual compliance. Approve Proposals for submission (i.e., pricing, specification, scope). Direct Project Manager, technicians, and superintendents. Assist when needed for change order negotiation and approval. Regular communication with the Regional Business Manager regarding: Safety compliance Project approvals, planning, and results. Personnel and process management Any issues related to the above will require collaboration or elevation of authority. The Opportunity An exciting opportunity has come up for a strategic and commercially minded Digital professional to step up into a Head of role - our client is after a Head of Digital Sales with strong B2C experience to join their purpose-led organisation. Reporting directly to a senior leader, you’ll take full ownership of their most important sales channel and online member acquisitions.
Being a smaller organisation with no current direct reports, you will be happy to take on hands on work and be on the tools as well as looking at leading the digital strategy and sales enablement function which involves optimising digital assets (including the website) to improve member acquisition and engagement, working closely across internal teams to drive measurable business outcomes.
Key Accountabilities
Own and optimise the end-to-end digital acquisition funnel - from lead generation through to member conversion.
