Sales Manager - Remote (EU Time Zone)
I’m working with a boutique, international event agency that delivers high-impact conferences, offsites, and brand activations for clients in the tech and IT sectors. With a fully remote team based across Europe and offices in Poland and Cyprus, they’re now looking to hire a Sales Manager (m/f/d) to drive new business and expand their footprint across Europe and the MENA region.
This is a brilliant opportunity to join a small but well-established agency with creative energy, strong leadership, and an exciting client base. You’ll have the freedom to work remotely from anywhere in the EU time zone, with uncapped earning potential and direct input on company strategy.

Must-Haves:
3+ years of B2B sales experience, ideally in events, MICE, or team-buildingStrong commercial acumen and closing abilityProven track record generating new business and managing full sales cyclesExcellent English communication skills (written and spoken)Comfortable working independently in a remote, multicultural setupLocated in the EU.Nice-to-Haves:
