Caring for the children's individual needs and care routines
Support the children's learning and development through activities you plan
Observe children in accordance to the Early Years Foundation Stage with fun and exciting activities planned to meet individual needs
Adhere to a consistent daily routine both indoors and outdoors, ensuring high-quality teaching and learning experiences are offered to children at all times
Working with parents to ensure consistency and high levels of care
Reporting to a senior member of staff who will be on hand to offer support and guidance throughout employment
Training:
At the end of the apprenticeship, you will gain your Level 3 Early Years Educator qualification
Paediatric First Aid qualification
Functional Skills in maths and English, if required
You will not be required to attend college or the learning provider premises, all assessments will be carried out on the nursery premises.
Training Outcome:
Once you complete your Level 3, you may be offered a Practitioner position at our nursery and have the opportunity to progress through the company. Subject to status.
