What will you be doing day to day?
As an Apprentice Nursery practitioner, you will have the opportunity to rotate around the nursery rooms and Forest School, gaining hands-on experience in all areas of our nurseries.
This, coupled with your apprentice training in Early Years, will equip you with all the skills, experience and qualification to apply to progress into a qualified educator role with us. This apprenticeship will either be for a Level 2 early years practitioner or a Level 3 early years educator, depending on experience. From there, you can develop your career at N, opting for a managerial route or pursuing a specialism in an area that excites you. This role is for multiple positions due to the growth of the business.
The role is a full-time position (40h working week, 20% of which is spent on learning).
Day to day you will learn to:
Support your team in the delivery of basic childcare routines

You will be expected to demonstrate all required competencies and behaviours outlined in the apprenticeship standard, leading to successful qualification. Training will be delivered through Totara, our digital learning platform, which supports both asynchronous and synchronous learning for off-the-job training.
A designated workplace mentor will support your development throughout the programme. At the end of the apprenticeship, you will complete an End Point Assessment (EPA) conducted by an external assessment organisation (EPAO).

Conduct weekly ride along and assessment of AD&Es in the field and provide feedback on improvements Customer meetings, presentations and riding along with responsible AE Stonhard team members Provide forecasts and changes to Senior Director Business Development and Field Interaction with other department heads with Stonhard and Liquid Element brands Review territories and needs for growth or consolidation Presentations in corporate and sales management on your AD&E Group's progress and success Utilize win guidelines to ensure proper credit.
Accountability:
Meet/exceed target and sales plan based on Architectural program initiatives Lead various initiatives with the AE Group to increase our specification base Increase new accounts within the AD&E Community and utilize salesforce. Develop and facilitate senior level relationships with the AM, GM and VPs to leverage incremental sales growth at field level.
