Deliver social media and online advertising campaigns, as well as targeted and automated e-marketing.
Support on all social media accounts including planning, content creation where appropriate and managing paid ad campaign
Produce targeted email marketing campaigns using relevant e-marketing software
Undertake regular and consistent internal reporting to make sure the relevant departments are informed at all times about progress and that there is record of progress internally which can be easily accessed by all the team.
Identify new trends in digital marketing, evaluate new technologies and ensure we are at the forefront of industry developments.
Training:
In addition to gaining practical experience in the role, you will also attain an NVQ Level 4 qualification which will help start your career and give you an insight into the businesses processes and procedures.
Our training is all complete remotely via teams with a development coach who will be available for support 24/7 and will arrange weekly/fortnightly meetings with you.

Our Finance Shared Services Centre are responsible for transactional finance processing across the Group including accounts payable, sales invoicing, accounts receivable, and payroll. We are looking for an Apprentice to join the team, and some of your key responsibilities will be:
Liaising with project teams and suppliers to answer queries and ensure invoices are correct
Answering queries from colleagues effectively and with respect
Creating and maintaining electronic and hard-copy files
Updating internal trackers, schedules and the finance system

Our Support Technicians look after service in the Field – this means working on-site with our diverse range of customers, from small local business right up to large FTSE 100 corporate organisations – no two days are the same! Some of our larger and complex customers have very specific needs from our teams and that’s what we’re here to serve. That could be anything from provision or repair, hardware, software or infrastructure.
As a Customer Support Technician, you will be working in the Field day-to-day and have direct exposure to our customers. Working on customer sites every day means you’ll need to be prepared to travel around, but that’s part of the fun! You get to see our technology being used in lots of different, innovative ways, and you get to be part of it. You will attend customer sites to help with installations where engineering support is required to set-up, install, and carry out non-complex and simple repairs.
You will also be able to confidently talk through ideas and problems a customer may have in connection to the BT portfolio. You will make sure customer’s services and solutions are set up and optimised. You will also make recommendations on new digital product and service solutions and may even sell them to the customer!
This is an incredible opportunity for someone who is passionate about technology, but that doesn’t mean you have to be super technical – we’ll give you all the training you need to get you up and running to progress your career within the Field and beyond.
