The school supports students aged 9 to 19, with a range of needs including autism, severe learning difficulties, and additional complex needs. All students have an Education, Health, and Care Plan (EHCP). This role is a Full-time, Mon-Fri 8:30 to 4pm, immediate start position, prior experience working with children in the UK preferable

About the Role: As a SEND Teaching Assistant, you will:
As a SEND Teaching Assistant, you will assist students across different age groups (9-19 years old) in their social, emotional, and academic development, helping them reach personal and educational goals.
As a SEND Teaching Assistant, you will provide 1:1 and small group interventions for students with autism, SLD, and other complex needs, adapting strategies to their unique learning styles and needs.
As a SEND Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with teachers and support staff to create an engaging and inclusive learning environment that fosters progress and participation.
As a SEND Teaching Assistant, you will offer personal care and support where necessary, ensuring all students feel safe, respected, and supported in their daily routines and learning.
As a SEND Teaching Assistant, you will collaborate with the teaching team to assist with lesson planning, resource preparation, maintaining records, and helping to manage classroom behaviour in line with each student’s individual needs.
What We’re Looking For:
Able to work full-time, Monday to Friday 8:30 AM to 4:00 PM.
Previous experience in a school setting is a preferable, however, any professional experience working with children in the UK will be considered.
Willingness to provide personal care if needed and to support children with SEND.
Must have, or be willing to obtain, an enhanced Child-Only DBS check.
Ideally reside in or near Chessington or have reliable transportation to commute to the area.

Travelling will be involved when local work is not available. Accommodation will be provided when required to stay away.

The role of a Planning & Design Trainee involves detailed technical discussions with customers, architects, public authorities and landowners together with a sound and pragmatic appreciation of complex engineering problems. Position Summary:
Perform all color formulation work for production orders and RTS warehouse orders, as well as tasks to support color formulations. Prepare and distribute color chips or standards as needed per marketing and manufacturing. Reports to Color Manager or more senior personnel.

Duties and Responsibilities:
Responsible for driving operations and budget through successful leadership, organisation plans, customer service, and outstanding execution of all strategies, consistently across all locations.
Responsible for the management of 3-5 projects concurrently at any one time.
