Essential Functions:
• Establish senior level relationships within target accounts and large construction management and contracting firms.• Establish agreements and contracts for long-term business where applicable and approved.• Identify perceived gaps in our value offerings that present opportunities for growth.• Manage a forecast process for each account within the Global Accounts Program SFA.• Communicate with national Stonhard Territory and Field Managers/Project Engineers/Market Managers regarding product recommendations, bidding, estimating and quoting of projects within target account project pipeline. • Identify and execute all the required sales tools and resources required to positively impact customer satisfaction.• Manage margin, revenue growth and account targeting in alignment with Stonhard and Global Accounts goals.• Responsible for the safety and quality of Stonhard installations.• Customer meetings, presentations and events with responsible Stonhard team members.• Specification, pricing and contract negotiation for national projects.• Communication of Global Accounts reports to customers and internal team, along with maintenance of customer relationship changes.• Provide consolidated forecasts and changes to Manager and Field based on customer needs and changing requirements.• Account conflict resolution with corporate contacts and field sales as needed.• Presentations to corporate and sales management on account development progress and success.• Present to large groups and deliver Stonhard's message on a global basis.• Meet and exceed target and sales plan based on National Account program initiatives.• Add and develop new accounts within the National Accounts SFA portfolio.• Develop and facilitate senior level relationships at strategic accounts to leverage incremental sales growth at field level.• Ability to support international teams and coordinate projects remotely.
Minimum Requirements:

The NDT Apprentice is responsible for supporting Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) activities, including but not limited to: Radiographic Testing (RT) and Dye Penetrant Inspection (DPI/FPI), Visual Inspection.
Assist in performing routine control checks to validate inspection processes and verify equipment calibrations.
Support the maintenance of computerised inspection records and the archiving of paper-based documentation.
Learn to evaluate inspection results and understand the decision-making process for acceptance or rejection based on customer criteria.
Observe and assist in radiographic examinations of castings using x-rays to detect internal discontinuities.
Gain experience operating computerised radiography systems using Phosphor Imaging Plates.
Assist with loading and unloading film cassettes, processing films, and verifying correct radiographic setup.
Restock and maintain darkroom supplies and processing solutions.
Assist in visual inspection of castings using direct observation and visual aids (e.g., mirrors, video scopes) to identify surface defects.
Learn to conduct DPI/FPI using fluorescent and colour contrast dye penetrants to detect surface flaws.
Support the cleaning and preparation of castings prior to inspection.
Help with the application and removal of dye penetrant materials and participate in inspections during repair and upgrade work.
Training will be provided to progress through the necessary qualifications and competencies in accordance with EN4179 / NAS410.
Familiarisation training in all manufacturing areas of the business.
Responsibilities are not limited to the above.
Training:The apprenticeship programme is designed to gain skills and technical expertise to become a certified NDT Operator in three NDT Methods. This includes health and safety training, 1-to-1 mentoring, seminars, practical work experience sessions, and on-the-job training.
The candidates will keep records of their learning and experience throughout the programme and create an improvement plan, before going to the end-point assessment.
On successful completion of the apprenticeship scheme, further qualifications may be gained.
Qualifications include:
Internationally recognised certification in Level 2
Non-Destructive Technologies Technician Level 3 Apprenticeship Standard
Training Outcome:As part of the NDT apprenticeship, the apprentice will undertake structured training and on-the-job learning todevelop the necessary skills and knowledge required within the field.

Duties and responsibilities:

The Apprentices will spend 4 years training at Cross, supported by Bath College to achieve an industry standard of Level 3 Machining Technician as detailed below. The Apprentice will spend time learning hand and machining skills, including attendance at Bath College 1 day per week to develop an enhanced technical knowledge of the role as they engage in Level 3 qualifications both at college and at work.
Year 1 – Apprentices will attend college for two day per week to undertake the first year of a Level 3 BTEC in Advanced Manufacturing Engineering (Machining) Diploma. In addition they will spend 4 days per week at work working towards Level 2 Machining unit of the same qualification.
Year 2 – will see much of the same as above moving into the 2nd year but moving into “Advanced” Machining at College and work. Business Support:
Provide administrative support to Council officers, as and when required.
Open and stamp post, and frank and record outgoing post.
Compose standard letters/emails.
To assist with the filing and archiving of Council documents, as directed by senior officers, including handling the deletion of data in line with GDPR.
Order stationery and monitor stock levels.
Prepare cash floats, and process and input cash sheets.

Cover the council office reception desk and telephone lines during opening hours (9am - 12pm / 1pm - 4.30pm (Mon-Thu) & 4pm (Fri)), being the first point of contact for visitors or telephone callers to the Council.
Manage the council’s Admin inbox, responding to enquiries / forwarding emails to relevant officers as necessary.
Coordinate requests for memorial plaques / benches / trees, working with the Amenities Manager to fulfil these.
Meet with prospective hirers to discuss requirements and give tours of Council premises, where required.
Communications & Marketing:
Assist with the running of the council’s social media accounts, including designing and scheduling posts.
Monitor and collate a record of press coverage relating to the council

Role Purpose:
To provide horticultural and landscaping support across Eden, whilst being provided with on-the-job training. The role will involve working in all horticultural areas at Eden, including the Rainforest biome, Mediterranean Biome, 30-acre Outdoor Garden, Eden’s bespoke plant-growing nursery, Eden’s 200-acre estate and grounds, and occasionally with hard landscaping and horticultural technical support teams.
Key Accountabilities
To support and learn from the horticultural team in jobs such as pruning, planting, seed sowing, watering, weeding and all plant care along with habitat management.
To assist and learn about the creation and maintenance hard and soft landscaping – such as hedgerows, walling, fencing, pathways and bridleways.
To learn about and share the responsibility for the use, care and maintenance of hand tools and small machinery used in horticultural tasks, including equipment for grass and hedge cutting, strimming, planting, pruning, and the use of golf buggies.
