The Role of the Field Service Engineer:
You will be servicing, repairing and installing dental equipment in Dental labs, practices and the NHS.
Products serviced will mainly be the digital imaging products, cameras etc but also dental chairs, handpieces, pressure vessels, Xray & Digital, Compressors and suction pumps.
There are 2 open position in the London region. One will look to cover South East London and surrounding areas and the other with cover North West London and surrounding areas. There will be time where you will need to go out further afield
No set KPI's - performance is managed based on customer feedback, team feedback.
Position is open due to a shortage of engineers
Start Date ASAP

The Ideal Person for the Field Service Engineer:
Candidate will need to have some dental engineering experience or have experience working with chair suction pump etc.
They don’t have the capacity to train so candidate will need to have experience.
Ideal candidate will have exp within customer facing roles with good customer service skills and the ability to deal with tricky customers.
