Position Summary:
This position is for a Marketing Content Creation Intern who will work alongside marketing experts at our St. Louis Headquarters. This person will create strategic content in support of multiple product lines. Reporting to the Marketing Communications Manager, the Marketing Content Creation Intern will work closely with Carboline's Content Strategist to plan, write, edit, and publish global marketing collateral. This is a paid, extended internship with no finite end date.
While candidates majoring in Journalism or English have historically been strong fits for Marketing Communication internships, Carboline is happy to consider candidates from all fields of study provided they can demonstrate an ability to contribute meaningfully to the Marketing Communications team.
Minimum Requirements:
Can work 30-40 hours per week from May through August, followed by a schedule established with and agreed to by the Marketing Communications Manager once classes resume. In your role as an Assistant Manager, Gaming Operations, your primary accountabilities will be to:

Graduated from a post-secondary program, OR an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Must be 19 years or older and registerable with the BC Gaming Policy & Enforcement Branch.

Has knowledge/understanding and assures assigned projects comply with all governmental rules and regulations affecting work sites and employees, i.e., OSHA, DOT, EEO/Affirmative Action, EPA, Wage and Hour, etc. Manage, monitor, and document performance of WTI Commercial Field Labor and take appropriate steps or corrective measures to resolve employee and work-related issues. Consult with WTI Commercial Supervisor and Human Resources as needed. Contributes to operations by supplying accurate and timely job information, including daily job logs, job file documentation, and compiling information for billing the customer. Provides management with earliest possible notification of real and potential job problems. Accepts responsibility for the care, custody, and purchasing of company equipment, material, tools, and other assets as assigned by the WTI Commercial Supervisor. Trains employees in proper material and equipment usage, maintenance, and storage. Coordinates and monitors performance of on-site subcontractors, where appropriate. Perform any other duty and/or project as required or assigned by the WTI Supervisor and/or Commercial Business Manager. Maintains ethical business conduct
EXPERIENCE:
5+ years progressive experience in a similar role to include leading teams and technical solutions, training, troubleshooting, etc. Must be thoroughly familiar with standard façade construction including masonry, EIFS, Stucco, Curtainwall, metal panels, concrete, plaster, and other forms of facade systems and how to properly repair them using Tremco CPG Materials. The salary range for applicants in this position generally ranges between $71,000 and $90,000. This range is an estimate, based on potential employee qualifications, operations, needs, and other considerations permitted by law.
