Bid Coordinator Apprentice

The role will support the Work Winning Team in managing the bid process, assisting with the preparation and submission of high-quality proposals for clients.

Key Responsibilities:

 Assist work-winning teams in preparing and submitting compliant and compelling proposals, ensuring all deadlines are met Coordinate contributions from various stakeholders and subject matter experts, ensuring everyone is aware of management systems, bid roles, responsibilities and deadlines Maintain bid calendars, arrange bid/project meetings and support with preparation, facilitation and follow-up as necessary Ensure all bid documents are accurate, formatted and compliant with client requirements Maintain the CloudNine bid library, ensuring all relevant records are processed and in accordance with relevant document control procedures Help with proofreading, editing and quality-checking bid content before relevant bid gateways and submission deadlines Track bid progress via virtual leaderboards, ensuring the timely completion of all bid tasks Support relevant workshops and review processes by gathering feedback as required, including post-bid lessons learned from submitted proposals Provide general administrative support to the bid team as needed

 



Training:

The training for the apprenticeship will be carried out remotely with workshops/one to one's/reviews undertaken by a dedicated learning coach with RHG Consult Ltd.

On successful completion of the apprenticeship, you will gain a Level 3 Bid and Proposal Co-ordinator qualification and be eligible for membership of the Association of Bid and Proposal Management Professionals (APMP).



Training Outcome:

Upon successful completion of your apprenticeship you will progress into a Bid Coordinator role with the option to complete further training and development. Career progression includes access to a Bid Manager role.

Working Hours :
37.5 paid hours per week across our core hours of 08:00-18:00 Monday to Friday (lunch half hour unpaid).
