The Opportunity
The business has identified a significant opportunity within the local market, with existing providers often fully booked well in advance and growing demand for advanced skin health and aesthetic treatments.
As a result, they are investing in a dedicated aesthetics offering and are looking for the right individual to help lead its launch and ongoing development.
This is not a role for somebody who simply wants to walk into an established clinic and follow existing processes.
We're looking for somebody who is excited by the opportunity to help build something.
You'll have the opportunity to influence the patient journey, contribute to service development and play a key role in establishing the clinic as a leading destination for skin health and aesthetic treatments on the island.
The Role
Conduct consultations and create personalised treatment plans
Deliver advanced skin health and aesthetic treatments
Build long-term relationships with patients
Support the launch and growth of the service
Develop treatment pathways and patient journeys
Maintain exceptional clinical standards
Work closely with the leadership team on future development plans
Identify opportunities to expand and enhance the service offering
The initial focus is expected to include advanced skin rejuvenation and technology-led treatments, with scope to help shape future service development as the clinic evolves.
About You
Registered Nurse or experienced Aesthetic Practitioner
Experience delivering skin health and aesthetic treatments
Confident conducting consultations and creating treatment plans
Passionate about patient outcomes and customer experience
Strong communication and relationship-building skills

Comfortable working independently

Supply specialist support with direction and guidance from teaching staff, allowing pupils to access the curriculum and participate fully in school activities
Accompany teaching staff and take responsibility for pupils on visits, trips and out-of-school activities as required
Supervise individuals and groups of pupils throughout the day, including supervision in the classroom, playground and dining areas
Assist pupils with eating, dressing and hygiene, as required, whilst encouraging independence
Provide basic first aid, if appropriate, ensuring timely referral to health services in emergency situations
May be asked to administer medications, subject to agreement and in line with school policy
Be flexible within the working practices of the school, prepared to help where necessary, including undertaking certain domestic tasks, e.g. preparation of snacks
Support pupils to develop their skills of independence, resilience and confidence
Contribute to and assist in planning, organising and implementing individual development, the development and implementation of support plans, Individual Educational Plans and EHC’s, including attendance at, and contribution to, reviews as required
Work with pupils not working to the normal timetable
Contribute to the development of policies and procedures

Training:Typical Delivery of the Apprenticeship Programme:
The typical delivery model for this apprenticeship is 4 days in the workplace and 1 day dedicated to off-the-job learning. This will be discussed at college imterview stage.
Apprentices will spend the majority of their time developing practical skills and gaining hands-on experience within the workplace, supported by their employer and assessor.
Off-the-job learning will usually take place through planned college attendance, online learning, workshops, tutorials, and training activities designed to support knowledge, skills, and behaviours required for the apprenticeship standard.
