About the team
The company provides education, homes and therapeutic services to young people. The team ensures the children and young people are supported, providing care, encouraging life skills, developing social skills, both day and night averaging 2 sleep in shifts per week.
About You
A level 3 diploma in residential care is preferred but essential in order to be considered for this role.
Experience within residential homes working with children who display challenging behaviours are experiences that lend themselves well to the role.
