You will be responsible for ensuring stock is counted quickly and accurately using a handheld scanner.
Being able to stand for prolonged periods of time is needed for the role and access equipment such as ladders or steps may have to be used on occasion to reach high stock.
Key Skills/ Experience Required
Due to the nature of our work, you must be able to work unsociable hours including early mornings and throughout the night when required. As a result, we can only accept applicants 18 years and over.
You must have a 'can do' attitude and be able to work long shifts when required on large counts.
With our innovative business, the technology changes and progresses and therefore being a quick learner is a key skill required.
Any experience of handling stock is an advantage but not a necessity.
A good understanding of the English language is essential

During the apprenticeship, you will become proficient in reading and interpreting CAD drawings, planning your work with the right tools, equipment and resources to complete the task. You will develop your problem-solving and fault diagnosis skills alongside following the high quality, health and safety standards in place.
Following the completion of the L3 Engineering Fitter Apprenticeship the successful candidate will provide the necessary technical expertise and support in relation to assembly of control system activities, whilst meeting agreed production quantity and quality targets in a safe manner.
Initially the candidate will prepare and assemble components ie.,

As the role progresses the candidate will become involved in testing, use of power tools and have the opportunity to see the job through by assisting on customer sites around the UK, with installation and commissioning.
Candidates would be trained to read and interpret engineering data, worksheets and drawings in addition to working to documentation such as method statements, HS&E requirements to ensure safe systems of work.

About You
You don’t need vast experience in a vehicle body shop to apply but you must have a logical mindset and a can-do attitude. We’re looking for the type of person who naturally wants to take things apart to learn how they work.
You also need to be able to use your own initiative, be punctual and willing to get stuck in as part of the team. Whilst you will have all the support you need, you will also be expected to learn quickly and be able to repeat tasks that you have grown confident in with less supervision. You must also have your own tools (we can support with this) and will be expected to keep the workshop clean and tidy at all times.

Ability to undertake appropriate job preparation prior to commencing repair, including safety precautions, panel preparation and body measurements
Ability to identify the material used in the construction to enable the correct joining techniques and manufacturer specifications to be adhered to
Ability to interpret relevant technical data and methods to make sure that any joints are in line with vehicle manufacturer specification and the vehicle/body panels are aligned correctly
Ability to identify and understand the correct joining technology, e.g., when to use resistance spot welding or mig brazing or bonding
Ability to remove, repair and replace vehicle body panels and components of the vehicle safely and efficiently
Ability to identify and operate the correct repair tools, equipment and devices used in the process, panel pulling systems, jig and alignment tools, spot welders, brazing tools
Ability to identify and communicate supplementary damage such as panels that were deemed to be reparable but once worked on were found to be beyond repair along with damage that could not be established on original inspection
Ability to detect and rectify faults within a vehicles structure that’s integral to its safety
Blended on/off the job training and location to be confirmed

Job Purpose
The HR Coordinator is primarily responsible for the effective delivery and support of all employee and talent-related operational activities across the organization, by providing exceptional customer service to internal clients (managers and employees) and candidates. Principal Accountabilities

Support the HR department to deliver employee engagement actions. Ensure accurate data is maintained within all HR information systems by regular audits and cross checks against trackers. Maintain employee information ERP system. Function as a liaison between vendors and employees and advises employees on eligibility, coverage and other benefits matters, including monthly insurance reports and audits. Coordinate annual Open Enrollment. Maintain and assist with all employee compliance trainings and Oracle records management. Champion the Employee Self Service (ESS) through Oracle managing the information entry process and ensuring that all new employees are enrolled in the system. Coordinate all Cooperative Education and Intern candidates. Manage the Employee Service Award Program. Analyze processes and make recommendations for continuous improvement. Experience |Education | Certifications
Bachelor's degree in human resources or business administration preferred. Two years prior experience in human resources, preferred. PHR or SPHR, SHRM-CP or SHMR-SCP, preferred. Strong organizational and multitasking skills with keen attention to detail. Excellent communication, oral and written, and interpersonal skills, with a focus on soft skills. Benefits and Compensation
The salary range for applicants in this position generally ranges between $53,000 and $55,000. The range is an estimate based on potential employee qualification operations, needs, and other considerations permitted by law. Salary: £13.73 inclusive of holiday pay (£12.25 per hour + £1.48 holiday pay)*

We are currently looking for a motivated, professional, and flexible individual able to work 5 days a week, Monday to Friday day shifts, within a small stock count team, counting our Pharmacy Clients. In this role, you are required to accurately count stock for Retail & Asset Solutions in various high street Pharmacies, this role is extremely important to ensure pharmacies are fully stocked with the medication required for local Doctors and Hospitals. Please note all training is provided upon your first shift. Previous stock, audit or retail experience is advantageous but not essential.
Colleagues will be offered a benefit called Wagestream, which enables colleagues to track, save and access up to 50% of their wages prior to pay day. Wagestream also offers financial advice, all contributing to the financial wellbeing of RAS colleagues
Applicants are expected to:
Be able to work Monday-Friday day shifts
Portray a professional manner.
Obtain good communication skills.
Have a good level of arithmetic, specifically multiplication.
Be comfortable working with different levels of management.
Willingness and ability to travel across different regions to shifts.
