Responsibilities:
Develop and execute a Digital Marketing Strategy to drive sales revenues and achieve our business objectives.
Responsibility and ownership of our digital channels.
Develop creative, engaging, high-quality content with a consistent look and professional voice.
Collaborate with our sales team to shape messaging and execute targeted digital campaigns that deliver quantifiable sales results.
Measure the effectiveness of digital campaigns and provide timely actionable feedback.
Drive customer engagement via social media and digital newsletter campaigns.
Create and manage corporate and product marketing materials, photography, animations, and video content either inhouse or through external specialists.
Create and manage multilingual website content (WordPress) and develop SEO strategies to improve visibility and organic search rankings.
Develop & plan Company stands and our presence at exhibitions and industry trade shows.
Requirements:
· Marketing, Business or Social Media Marketing Degree.
· A minimum of 2 years’ experience in a digital marketing role.
· Proven experience in designing and driving effective digital marketing campaigns that delivered quantifiable sales results.
· Excellent grasp of social media, SEO, website metrics & best practices.
· Full driving license required.
· Second language is a benefit but not a requirement.
· A team player possessing the ability to work and support colleagues across a multi-national organisation.
· Self-motivated, innovative, structured, and organised.
· A passion for digital marketing.

JOB PURPOSE:
The Sr Manager of Sales Training will be in charge of supporting for Rust-Oleum US and Rust-Oleum Canada sales force by conducting and developing sales, product and developmental programs that will improve sales, developmental, technical knowledge and skills of the people being trained. This role will also include the training of customers in product and sales technique.
Typical tasks for this position include (but are not limited to) the following:
Monitor, evaluate and record training activities and program effectiveness. Research, evaluate, and suggest training programs to EVP. Evaluate sales talent and work to coach new skills. Work cross functionally to help develop the sales team. Grow and develop the sales training team's skill set. Conduct specific training programs to help workers maintain or improve job skills. Assess training needs through surveys, interviews with employees, focus groups, or consultation with managers, instructors or customer representatives. Conduct alternative training methods if expected improvements are not seen. Organize and develop, or obtain, training procedure manuals and guides and course materials such as handouts and visual materials. Present information, using a variety of instructional techniques and formats such as role playing, simulations, team exercises, group discussions, videos and lectures. Conduct orientation and training for employees or customers. Monitor training costs to ensure budget is not exceeded, and prepare budget reports to justify expenditures. Understand and apply adult learning principles; utilize blended learning methodology. Create and facilitate product training for customers and employees.
Essential Job Functions:
Training a more effective and efficient sales force and customer base by creating and delivering training. To include (but not limited to) sales training, hands-on product training, product training and skill development training. To be delivered in a classroom style training, virtual classroom, hands-on product training, and online learning. On the job field training by evaluating and improving sales skills of our sales associates in the field, customer visits, and coaching sessions. Provide new hire onboarding on products, systems, culture, and necessary processes and procedures required to be successful in their new role.
JOB KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, and ABILITIES: Bachelor's Degree, business or related field preferred 5+ years in a sales role 5+ years in the coatings industry Travel 25%-30% of the time to include, but not limited to meetings, training, field work days.

What You Will Be Doing
Act as a liaison to the Chief Executive Officer in all Acquisition related activities
Communicate to internal and external stakeholders on progress, issues, and impediments across the entire acquisition process – from prioritization, analysis, internal review committee and presentations, board reviews, due diligence process, contract negotiations phase, final purchase of the asset, transition and absorption within day-to- day activities of the group
The Acquisitions Manager will be responsible for delivering within the timelines the internal analysis performed by Acquisition Analysts and appraisers, it will also be responsible for cross checking the data with the Chief Financial Officer and Chief Operating Officer
Set and coordinate all meetings in order to advance each project, define clear goals for each meeting, ensure that all parties know what they have to prepare and check that the deliverables are in fact ready for presentation beforehand. Each analysis is presented internally and challenged by top management members that form the internal acquisition committee.
Organize tenders for the due diligence phase as requested by management and according to business specifics – typically is a combination of top tier providers submitting their offers for legal due diligence, technical due diligence, taxes and fiscal due diligence, etc.
Comprise all tenders and submit a report to top management for approval of final providers with comparisons between the offers received for each area
Ensure that the relevant directors are made aware of SPAs timelines to be signed in order to be available at specific locations
Understand project specific transaction KPI’s and other project management processes to accomplish objectives set by the team
Provide status updates to Senior Management with respect to changes in scope or cost of the project
Analytically approach project management to provide accurate status reports to assist in any strategic decisions
What You Will Need to Succeed in This Role
Candidates will have at least 3-5 years of work experience in the real estate industry with a preference for candidates with real estate acquisitions experience and/or legal background in the real estate industry
Have an undergraduate Law Degree preferably, or alternatively an undergraduate degree in business, finance or economics
Effective interpersonal skills and ability manage multiple acquisitions in parallel
Financial modelling skills including cash flow analysis are considered a plus
