· Deliver a smooth onboarding experience for every new customer.
Commercial & Pricing Support:
· Support the Business Development team with pricing planned maintenance contracts.

· Produce professional quotations and supporting documentation.
· Support tender submissions and commercial proposals.
CRM & Commercial Administration:
· Maintain accurate customer records within Salesforce.

· Manage commercial documentation.
· Support pipeline management and sales administration.
General Support:
· Handle inbound customer enquiries.
· Coordinate customer meetings.
· Support marketing initiatives where required.
· Assist with commercial improvement projects.
· Provide general administrative support to the Commercial team.
Training:Training will be with Swarm Training, a national apprenticeship provider in the UK. The successful candidate will work towards a Level 4 Sales Executive apprenticeship which takes 15-18 months to complete. The apprentice must complete a minimum of 6 hours per week during working hours, with monthly training sessions conducted by a tutor (on video - some face to face may be possible), with tasks assigned to be completed during those hours.Training Outcome:The company is passionate about developing people.

Minimum 4 years' experience in a pure new business / hunter sales role, ideally B2B.A demonstrable track record of self-generated pipeline and new account wins — not just managing warm leads.Packaging, print or corrugated industry experience is a strong plus, though high-performing hunters from related B2B sectors will be considered.Excellent pitching and objection-handling skills, with the confidence to engage decision-makers quickly.Solid telephone manner and strong verbal and written communication.Full UK driving licence, as field days will require travel to meet clients.Naturally resilient — comfortable with rejection and hungry to hit volume-based targets.Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage a busy pipeline and prioritise effectively.Must have a bubbly, friendly and positive demeanour, with a genuine 'can do' attitude and dynamism.
