Qualifications/Experience
Previous UK school experience is desirable.
SEN experience is highly advantageous.
Experience supporting autism, ADHD, SEMH, or challenging behaviour would be beneficial.
Reliable and flexible approach.
Strong communication skills.
Patient and adaptable personality.
Ability to quickly establish positive relationships.
Valid DBS on the Update Service is desirable.
