Job Responsibilities
Support children’s personal, social, and emotional development as an Early Years Practitioner
Help maintain a safe, calm, and engaging environment
Assist with observations and assessments in line with the EYFS
Follow safeguarding, health and safety, and statutory guidance at all times
Work closely with colleagues on planning and daily routines
Communicate effectively with parents and carers
Support children with transitions and any additional needs
Qualifications/Experience
Experience working with children under five
GCSEs (or equivalent) in English and Maths at grade 4/C or above
Understanding of the EYFS framework
Enhanced DBS Certificate
Right to work in the UK
