IT Support Apprentice
Tel Group is seeking an enthusiastic and motivated IT Support Apprentice to join our growing education support team. This role is ideal for someone starting their career in IT who is eager to gain hands-on experience across a range of technologies in both school and office environments. You’ll work alongside experienced engineers to provide 1st line support to our education customers — resolving helpdesk tickets, assisting with hardware and software setups, and supporting day-to-day IT operations.
