GENERAL PURPOSE OF THE JOB: The Design Engineer assesses project requirements, gathers technical field data, determines design requirements, selects appropriate equipment, and provides drafting of HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning) restoration projects. The successful candidates will be mechanically biased (C&G / NVQ) with a proven track record in commercial building maintenance, ideally within a critical site (i.e. Bank, Data centre, Blue chip office etc). Working with the maintenance team on site, he or she will have experience carrying out mechanical, plumbing, HVAC & fabric duties.
