Upon successful completion of the apprenticeship, you’ll be well-equipped to take on a full-time role as a Plant & Hydraulic Engineer or Service Technician within Truck Cranes LTD.
With experience and continued development, your career path could progress to:
Senior Engineer/Technician – handling complex repairs and leading site work
Field Service Engineer – independently managing on-site jobs for customers
Workshop Supervisor – overseeing a team of engineers and managing workloads
Technical Specialist – focusing on diagnostics, hydraulics, or electrical systems
Engineering Manager – leading projects, supporting apprentices, and driving improvements
