Job Description
This is a full time, permanent position and they will look at the candidate experience, qualification to depend on salary.
They are currently seeking a talented and motivated Property Solicitor, specifically a candidate who hold 5 years commercial property fee earning experience to join their team.
As a Property Solicitor, you will be responsible for handling a diverse caseload of residential and commercial property matters (predominately).
This includes but is not limited to:
- Conducting property transactions, including commercial and residential property transactions.
- Providing expert legal advice on property law matters.
- Drafting and reviewing legal documents such as contracts, agreements, and deeds.
- Conducting due diligence and property searches
- Liaising with clients, colleagues, and external parties to ensure effective communication and efficient resolution of issues.
- Keeping abreast of relevant legislation and case law developments.
Requirements
The candidate MUST be a qualified solictor, holding at least 3 years PQE and predominantly have experience in commercial property, residential property skills would be a bonus.
